I've kept calling eBay customer service and they say not many have complained about the end of Adults Only auctions. I've seen little comment here recently as well.
So, have Sellers (and Buyers) just given up? No fight left? Not even to ask for another month or two extension to liquidate stock?

I can't remember the date but I think it was extended to June 15th (from May??) and then total removal of the Adults Only category in mid July??
Many may have already migrated to other platforms rather than being stuck with a lot of items as eBay can not change the decision on this.

The thing is there isn't much you're going be able to do..
eBay has made a decision.. It's my understanding that part of that has to do with the new payment processor not allowing adult items but that may be just a rumor. I haven't verified it myself..
There can't be a shortage of sites that do allow sales of these items.. Have you looked around for other venues?

Perhaps they realize eBay is not going to reverse the decision and therefore they are spending their time finding other options to sell their goods.

"So, have Sellers (and Buyers) just given up? No fight left? "
I was taught : "Pick your battles wisely"
I don't think it's a lack of "fight"....I think it's that many sellers realized this wasn't very likely to be reversed, or even extended, so they didn't spend their time fighting, they spent their time adjusting to the new reality.

Name some other sites.
And, most of us never heard of the May deadline (apparently, it was buried in the payments message, which I don't even remember getting).
Sellers (and buyers) should get an extension until at least the end of summer

Sellers here that don't sell adult items aren't going to know other sites..
I hear Google is a good place to inquire..
It's been in numerous announcements and policy updates..
You gotta keep current on the eBay policy stuff or you end up in a mess..

If you search the threads on the Selling board using "adult categories", you will find many recent threads that outline in detail where these Sellers defected to. Mods did not censor those threads and many posters offered FB on sites, fees, traffic, appetite.
I believe 1 poster was creating an adult only site per their posts.
Good luck!

That guy's site has like 100 items total on it. Googling doesn't turn up much. This is a case where there really is no alternative to eBay. It's over for many of us, and too many folks here don't seem to care (or show much sympathy)

I don't buy those kinds of items, I don't sell those kinds of items. So I don't take the time to research sites that do. Sorry.

Probably little comment because most sellers realize it's a loosing battle with eBay. They just simply don't care. There are probably a lot of alterative sites out there that will allow the adult items along with all the other stuff eBay has banned from it's site.

Trust me. There aren't.

Not my category, but as I understand it ebay has been a major player in this category. With so much inventory leaving, it has to go somewhere, so while some of the sites you've looked at might not have a lot of listings today, that could change quickly once the deadline actually hits. I would suggest spending more time looking for new sites and less time fruitlessly calling ebay.
Also, if you just want to liquidate, you might want to contact some of the larger sellers of this stuff and ask them if they want to buy you out. I know some have been buying out guys who have decided to quit.

I only have one listing in the adults only category and it barely gets any looks...but I sold this item before in the collectibles category. I had to move it this time, per eBay. I'm in MP, so I don't think that is it.

"Trust me. There aren't."
Again, not my category, but I do know some sellers are definitely moving their stuff to other online sites. Not sure why you insist there are none.
