Hello, my ads on ebay are all about to be closed, the only ad in which I had made a sale came to an end, I lost all relevance of the product, is there any way to stop this from happening, to make the ad stay active forever?
In the US all ads (listings) renew automatically every 30 days. You are in Brazil, are the rules different there?
I see you made one sale for Dr Peanut Butter From Brazil 600g Creamy Butter for Snacks - Whey Protein on Sept 6th. This is still listed and says 10 available with 4 sold. This has a Date of Creation of 09/15/2023. This looks like you ad has been renewed after the sale of Sept 6th. Did you renew it or did eBay automatically renew it?
Apparently some rules are different. So when the date stated in the ad passes, it just renews? I believe that it was finalized and deleted by the platform, but that's not what happens, right?
