Adding automatic calculation for international shipping from Malaysia. Can't find it.

I've set up my Ebay selling account and listed a product, but I can't seem to add international shipping with automatic calculation based on the location of the buyer. How do I do that?

I'm at talking about this option: Calculated: Cost varies by buyer location

I'm based in Malaysia and sell out of Kuala Lumpur, the capital. If I add services to the shipping, I only can manually enter what the buyer needs to pay. I want this to be done automatically by EBay. How do I find this option?

Calculated shipping is not available when you list on eBay.com when you are shipping FROM another country. You must use Flat Rate but you can have different rates for different parts of the world (one rate for USA, one rate for Europe etc.).
