I sell vintage radios and would like to add an option to buyers such that they can purchase the radio as is at the Buy it Now price or for an additional charge purchase it with bluetooth. How would I do this?

Are you suggesting the item could have bluetooth added for an additional charge? The best option would be list a second listing that offers the radio with bluetooth. Only do this if you have multiple radios. Variation listings may work but I don't use them to advise if that is a good option.
All items are sold "as-is." It is the sellers responsibility to ensure the listing accurately documents flaws. Flaws should also be photographed.

So you have the one vintage radio and you're wanting to provide, as an option, somehow (?) adding a bluetooth feature?

Beautiful restoration work on these classics. I love old radios for their beauty and have them all over including an old green Catalan. Somehow adding Bluetooth doesn't cut it for me because that's not...hmm supposed to be incorporated into these vintage works of art.
Anyway, lovely old radios in my opinion just BIN price it.

Thank you for your response. I know adding bluetooth isn't for everyone which is why I want to make it an option. If adding bluetooth will help a sale, then I am willing to do it. A switch will be added which allows the user to switch between radio mode and bluetooth mode. With the dearth of AM programming, and only getting worse, bluetooth is a way listen to an old radio with one's desired programming.

Interesting, how easy is it to install one, reasonable cost?
Well, why don't you try installing one on a radio and listing it with the additional added expense and see if it will sell with Bluetooth added. If it sells right away, then you have a nice little gimmick going! You maybe on to something now that I think about it.

I have already done it for several radios for specific customers who requested it. But, as the previous poster pointed out, it is not for everyone which is why I want to make it an option. I normally charge $50 for adding bluetooth which includes a minor modification to the radio by adding a switch and connector, purchasing a bluetooth receiver from eBay and making a adaptor to convert from stereo to mono for the radio. Only the audio portion of the radio is used when in bluetooth mode, which some people find objectionable.
