Adding a logo image brand in the description

Is there a way to doing it?   I think perhaps that could be something.  The views could go up,  maybe lead to more sales.  I checked some youtube videos, however, I wanted to see on this forum discussion is there a way to doing it.

I know how to do youtube videos which I know where to do the link at.

If you are referring to a logo for a company brand like "Nike" or "Ford" etc etc. then it does not matter how you place it in the listing as it will be a violation of trademark and will most likely result in the listing being taken down. If not that listing then the next one as eventually you will get nailed for it. If you don't own the brand trademark you have 0 right to use it.

If you are considering establishing your own brand and want to add that logo then it is as simple as adding any other image to the listing.

Putting a logo graphic in the description will not help the views go up.  The buyer will not see any logo until they already opened the listing to view it.

Most online shopping is done from mobile devices and extras in the description area do not show up well on many devices.  eBay has already gone away from active content on the marketplace.

The best advice for your description would be to use a simple first paragraph in the description and then bullet point all the important details.  Center all the text to the left side.

I hope that helps?

If I am not mistaken, using an established company logo might draw the attention of VERO, and your listing could be pulled.

I have my own image brand.  A friend actually did a design which I use on my websites.  No corporate brand,  my own.  I know it's against the law to promote a company brand.

Maybe I didn't get to major details about my own logo. The reason for asking in the discussion group here is because ebay has everyone on hold for over 10 minutes. That is inexcusable. When I contact their competition I get someone within 2 minutes.

You can add your logo/image to your decript. using HTML code. It must be hosted by a secure site using https. It will need to be sized properly so it looks right to your customers and ebays "mobile friendly checker" will not only size the image for optimal performance but you can use it to check for active content and non compliant links before activating your listing. In some of my ads I add my promotional banner at the top of the page. I don`t see how it would increase your veiws though. Here is where you can find the mobile friendly checker(see screenshot):

You will need to get the HTML code from your image hoster for your image. Click the "HTML" tab (screenshot) and enter the image code in between the quotation marks in this code:  <p><img src=""></p> . Then click back to "standard" tab (screenshot). After doing so use the mobile freindly checker to size the code and check for mobile freindliness, active content and non-compliant links. If you need help just come back to this post.
