Adding Permissions to a Employee ncluding email messages

Hi

How do I allow an employee  who handles customer orders to see email from customers?

Should be simple but I can't seem to find that setting!

Yes I meant Ebay messages from customers. 

As the owner I have top level access but when I add a user - they don't have access to emails.  I want to delegate this task to an employee in my company.  Thanks!
