I just wanted to put it out there that the add to cart is not working in Ebay Motors. I have already contacted Ebay about this but it still isn't fixed. If anyone else is having issues you should report it so they get on it. The last time I had an order with multiple items on it was 10/10 in the evening. I have been contacted by some customers not able to add to cart to get the combined shipping rate. I tested it and tried putting competitors items in my cart and it does not work. Only buy in now button. I was able to purchase some slippers and add to cart because it is in a different category. I really think it is just Ebay Motors and if you sell items in that category you should test it out to see if your items can be added with the add to cart button.

That is odd, I wasn't able to put your items in a cart either.

Little heads up autobodytoolmart and other sellers. If you do not offer free returns in your listings the supposed "issue" is going to continue to happen

Well we do offer free returns on some so shouldn't the add to cart work on those at least?

It has been three days since we were able to get an order with multiple items. If it doesn't get resolved soon I think the only solution I can think of is to move the listings into a new category which will be a pain.

I poked around and tried to add a few of you items to the cart and got this (that was for item 151483816559)

It happened for a bunch of other sellers too. But not universally. Jumped around in Automotive Tools & Supplies category and subcategories with mixed results. It isn't all sellers in a category or subcategory, it isn't guaranteed delivery, it isn't free returns. Didn't seem to happen in Parts&Acc for a few I tried at random of for 2 of yours in that cat.

I couldn't see any pattern to it, but I don't recall ever seeing that error on eBay before.

It is pretty frustrating when I keep getting messages from customers that can't purchase our items. Not to mention that we are having them purchase the items separately and someone in our customer service department will now have to waste time refunding overpaid shipping because they could not purchase the items together. This is definitely hurting our sales. Something changed here.
