Ad Rate Input Field Glitchy When Making New Listing

I usually select standard ad rate of 5%; if I do less than that my views go way down; today something has changed with the input field on the screen; seems to be defaulting to the suggested higher ad rate, when I go back and review the posted listing, not 5% for me; one listing of mine had gone to 95% ad rate!!!  If you use standard ads, you better check your recent listings; heads up!

I use Firefox, and that is what is happening to me; set ad rate to 0.0 until this is fixed............older listings seem to be OK......but I only checked one.
