Thank you again! Sorry It took so long to get back to you. I've been very busy with work. I appreciate your time helping me again.
I will C&P your post and see what I can do about Imageshack. I emailed them a few weeks ago about the HTTPS thing and they never responded.

I got an email today about 1 of my listings that had active content. I've gone thru this before and was surprised to see that one slipped thru my previous scans. But this time they're complaining about links to my self hosted picture. I host on Brinkster with a URL that I own. So reading this thread I figured well if Brinkster has a certificate then I'll just change my links to https which I did. BAD IDEA. The certificate does not support the whole server. It supports the dot com name used in the link.
So when I revised my listing (280396637376) there were pizza boxes for each of my 3 thumbnails in my item description. I went back revised it again and now there is nothing, no image related in my descriptions. No thumbnails. just text.
I'm done with revising listings for every stupid idea eBay comes up with. They don't want self hosted pictures cause they want to steal my pictures, everyones pictures, to put in their catalog, so others can make their listing look just like mine. That's not going to happen.
EBay you have my permission take down my listings. I will Not let you steal my pictures. I'm done here if that's the case.
I've sold items that numbered in the hundreds that exist, rare camera's, a US postage stamp that has 500 or so sold (Scott's US number 41). I will not allow someone to use my photo's to sell their garbage item. I have a listing for a new item in the box and some jerk is selling his used item with the same picture. THIS HAS TO END. You or me eBay, you make the choice.
By the way, the listing mentioned above was sold to Tesla for use in their last rollout. Multiple items, shipped UPS Next Day.

I agree. I don't know, maybe there is a benefit to it besides "protecting" your photos. I am no "techey" but feel secure in saying it is probably way more simple than it use to be. eBay gives us the opportunity to post a dozen photos and it takes seconds! If eBay wants to "steal" my photos that I have posted on their website, oh well. But, maybe that's jus me.
