Has any other European seller ran into this issue - A few days ago I received an email from Ebay to check my company name/VAT-number/address.
There's an optional upload button on this page to upload the official company registration record which I did. Next to that records should be correct. Ofcourse Ebay doesn't say what the error might be.
After a few hours I receive the same email "Action required: provide company documents."
I'm in Belgium so unfortunately there is no phone support available, I did send an email through the system but I'm afraid I'll just get a bot answer. I'm hoping anyone else ran into this issue and could help figure this out.
I'm at my ends wit here and have a substantial amount payout blocked already..

No way to start a chat or ask for a call back unfortunately - I was able to contact Ebay support through X and there is was verified a manual check will be done in 3 workdays so fingers crossed for good news this time around.

I don't think you'll find many European sellers here.
This is the US selling board.

I know - But the EU forum is divided in a forum for each country on which none are active. So trying my luck here...

They are most likely looking for invoices to prove you own the goods you have listed.

You can contact eBay customer service through the Help/Aide tab on the eBay Belgium website. You should be able to do a chat or ask for a call back, but there may not be a way for you to call direct. The contact option is at the bottom of this page (and most eBay help pages).

This is a US community discussion forum. What applies in your country concerning eBay may not apply here in the US or other countries. You may be better served by logging out of ebay.com and logging back into ebay.com/uk/ or eBay.com/de. Here's a community forum link that may be helpful:

Good luck getting the help and advice you need.
