Accounting Software Help Please

Dear eBay Community Forum,

I am seeking your help with my accounting.

Here is my scenario: I sell for people in my area. I sell their items for a commission. I use a tiered commission structure. Within each eBay listing I placed my clients name in the SKU area of the eBay listing. In the past I used Easy Auction Tracker which was perfect for my needs. It tied into my eBay account and would download all information (fees, ship, refund, etc.) and drop it into an excel spreadsheet where I could sort and split off each of my clients’ sales for the month. It also would automatically apply the commission structure I ascribed to each client.

Easy Auction Tracker went out of business over a year ago and I am trying to find a software that can do what it could do.

I require and am looking for a simple accounting program that can do what EAT could do. Any recommendations would be welcomed.

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Bruce

Accounting Software Help Please

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/bd-p/selling-db/page/2

Download Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 at https://www.openoffice.org/download/

Download monthly or yearly eBay sales reports at https://www.ebay.com/sh/acc

Open that file in Notepad. Use the EDIT > REPLACE function to delete the $ dollar signs. Save the file.
For me, OpenOffice doesn't do the math correctly with the $ dollar signs.

Open the file in OpenOffice spreadsheet application
Sort by Custom SKU to split off each of your clients’ sales
Enter a formula in an unused, blank column to compute your commission structure

I use SixBit, I don't do consignment so I use one of their lesser versions, a consignment module is available.

You could also have a look at Wonder Lister, they also have a consignment option

@brucelovestheocean

You might want to take a look a Seller Ledger. It doesn't really suit my business model, but it might be a perfect fit for you, considering what your asking for.

Try simply pulling one of the eBay detail reports which can be opened in EXCEL. I should have all the information you are looking for and you can sort it by the columns into whatever suits you best.
