I'm extremely disappointed with ebays customer service as they sent me an invoice telling me where a item would be sent once a quote come through on a committed purchase. You can clearly see on the invoice where the item is going and the quote was also based on Sydney to Cairns. Once the delivery price was entered, the order automatically approved the purchase, but during this approval the delivery address was changed to my previous address. I called ebay on numerous occasions asking them to change the address but all they said was its my problem to deal with. Even when I sent them the invoice showing them its there problem they just spend hours sending me in circles until I got sick and tired of them.

Ebays values are certainly not about caring for people!!!!!

You need to go to your Site Preferences and check your addresses.  You need to check the address you have as your primary address and you need to check the other addresses as you have several places to enter various addresses.

 

Be careful and take all the time you need so you can get it correct.

 

Click on this link and it should take you to your Site Preferences.

You should arrive on this screen, click on what I highlighted, which says Addresses.

Then you arrive on this screen.  Check your addresses in each section to make sure they are correct.

Hello, How can you tell me to change my address when ebay send me an invoice showing me the delivery address then ebay change it. I have showed ebay the invoice they said we need to fix this. Then they send me to somebody else, then another person and so on. They are all sitting in the same room I think laughing at customers. I cant believe ebay refuse to take responsibility when they sent me an invoice telling me the item will be sent to this address. All good I thought, they ebay change it to a different address and its my problem?

I have since deleted my ebay account and will use Amazon, Their customer service is so much better than ebays

I'm not sure how to further help you.  I gave you detailed information on how you can check all your addresses you have in Ebay to make sure they are correct.  Have you done that?
