How do i change from individual to business acount with no edit button

It in in your Site Preferences.

I'm unsure as to what you mean by there is "no edit button".

1. Go to My eBay and click the Account tab.
2. Click Personal information on the left side of the page.
3. Click Edit next to Account type. ...
4. On the Change Account Type page, select the Business Account option, and click Confirm to change your account type.
