what a joke new overseas customer services, its been 3 months our 3 ebay accounts are limited

3 months we uploaded our id and we confirmed micro payouts not less than 10 times and still accounts are limitd, can not sell cannot make any changes, all the Indian customer support tell u to wait 😄 its just joke,

     From your posting it appears you are in the middle of being converted over to managed payments? Odd that the micro payouts process without any problem but eBay is charging ahead with the MP conversion and the quality of the customer support has been deteriorating for quite some time to the point where it is abysmal these days. I probably shouldn't say this but it can't get much worse.
