Account won't let me sell but new one created does? Also my items not showing up for sale.

It is now Oct 27, 2022.  Just started to sell stuff again. Listed my item on the 25th, still not indexed or published yet but says active. Also had to close my account of over 15 years with 100% positive feedback due to the fact eBay will only let me sell 1 item per month at $10 or less while my new account I had to create lets me add 250 items at a  $25,000 cap??? **bleep**??? Now payments don't go to my PayPal either???  eBay needs a bank account number and eBay won't accept credit cards??? Since I started selling again I also heard of not being paid till after two weeks after an item is sold??? So what is the new policy or polices in fine print? Since nothing in Help topics helps at all and neither does customer service. Trying to figure out this mess. So much simpler a couple years back.

Why would you close your long-standing account with your history, feedback and hard work/sweat equity?

A little patience and you would have been able to resume selling here.
