Why ebay account is temporary restricted these days even if there is no policy violation?

We’ll just need to ask you a few questions to verify your account so you can get back up and running again. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, your account may be at risk of being suspended.

Thank you for writing to eBay regarding your eBay account. My name is Bhaumik and I have shared detailed information to assist you.
I would like to share that your account was suspended for selling activities as it exhibits risk to eBay and to its community. To ensure the safety of the eBay community, we may suspend certain accounts based on their account activities.
We found that you had consistently been involved in one or more of the inappropriate selling behaviors previously listed in the suspension notice you received. As stated previously, we regularly review accounts to make sure they’re within acceptable limits for the eBay community.
Due to the risk presented to the eBay community and because your actions on the account have not reflected the spirit of eBay, we've decided that you will no longer be able to participate on the site. We regret any frustration or inconvenience this matter may cause you.
For security reasons, we would be unable to disclose the exact reason for suspension. We strive to provide a marketplace that is safe and secure for both buyers and sellers; this is done by making sure that all of our users comply with our site rules and policies as outlined in our User Agreement.
I have carefully reviewed your account activities, upon completely reviewing it, I have determined that it is in our mutual best interest to part ways.
I know this may not have been the answer that you were hoping for, but this is our final decision. For your account there is no appeal for this decision
This decision includes all accounts that you use on the site. Any and all accounts that are used to circumvent our decision will also result in restriction/suspension.

Did you sign up for managed payments via Payoneer or register you account as a business in Sri Lanka?What were you selling? Is this the account they suspended. This one states you've only been a member for less than a week and it takes more time than that to be approved to start selling by Ebay. More info on your part would be helpful.

Since you have been an ebay user for less than a week there is nothing we can tell you to do other than comply with ebay's requests. Once we see you are from Sri Lanka we rarely read the post since you operate under a different set of rules.

Sounds like your days on Ebay are over.
As you've noticed, it doesn't do any good to open a new account.

Based on the portion of the reply you received (copied ^^^ above), you repeatedly violated multiple warnings from ebay.
Your suspension is going to be permanent. And the new account you just opened will probably see the same fate.

I remember your original account from posting here, and the others are correct, sadly your days on eBay are over.
If you are restricted or suspended, opening another account just screams ''suspicious activity'' to eBay as you have blatantly ignored the warning ''Please note that we never encourage customers to open a new account to avoid this suspension because when you open new accounts, they can also be suspended or restricted.''

Hi @muhammadsaqib9168 Sorry you got restricted. In the message eBay sent you there should be instructions outlining your next steps. Luckily, yours is a temporary suspension. Once you comply with eBay’s directions, you would be reinstated if all goes well. Good luck.
