Account settings identity information doesn't allow to enter my business information

ebay wants me to update / verify my account details.  They are requiring personal information rather than my  business information.  I have the itin entered but my business doesn't have a first or last name.  How do I proceed?  Thank you

What is your business setup? If you are a sole proprietor, you will enter your name, not the business name.

Its an LLC, taxed separately as from what I understand.
