Account restrictions and payment of store subscription fees

eBay added restrictions to my account due to their Service metrics policy!

And the support team told me that I will get the money again after two months of previous sales, but I now see that a store subscription fee has been added to my account. Do I have to pay a store subscription fee now or wait?

If I were you I would cancel the store.  They shouldn’t expect you to pay for one if you can’t sell but they will probably keep charging for it.  If you start to sell again you will still get 250 free listings without a store.

A store subscription has nothing to do do with any account restriction or listing limits.

Ebay does not  close a store subscription. They like to get free money.

You should close your store.
