I was selling on Ebay for 2 month

in US and UK

all was fine

I got 50.000 limit, and on December I sold about 1000$ items

and after a few days my account got restirced,  for no reason, I want to restore my account

According to the negative feedback comment you received, it appears you're selling items you don't have in your possession, and placing orders with other companies--in this case, Amazon--after a buyer has made a purchase.

That's a HUGE violation of eBay policies.

Drop shipping and product sourcing 

"However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay. Activity that doesn’t follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including but not limited to: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, loss of buyer or seller protections, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account."

I suspect that's the "no reason" your account was suspended.

Looks like there was a reason from what I can see.  You were drop shipping from a retailer which is a big no no.  Drop shipping is a risky business platform due to the fact that this is usually the outcome. Restriction/suspension.  Always a good idea to read up on policies and rules before attempting to sell on any e commerce platform.  Sorry.

I buy items from retails, persons who sell their stock for real cheap, and then I resell it on ebay.

I got one negative feedback from 80 buyers, and it was amazon packed, as I buy different stockes from various sellers.

So I buy 1000 items, and then resell 

and some may have different packages

@rikuden  You are drop shipping. IF you do not have the item in your hand OR an agreement to ship from someone elses stock, you ARE drop shipping.

1st clue is stock photos. 

2nd clue is the Negative FB - people do not appreciate buying from 1 source and having them send it from Amazon. Amazon also frowns on this...

Uh-huh.  😉

Well, be that as it may, eBay apparently doesn't seem to think that's the case. Maybe in your next online retailing journey, you might consider unpacking all those "1000 items" from their original retailer packing and repackaging them yourself to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

As far as selling on eBay again, if you were told the suspension is permanent, that avenue seems to have been closed for you.

What you just described in your reply is drop shipping.  Others here have told you the same.  They know what they're telling you.  I know what I'm telling you.  You were drop shipping.

I don't think you're understanding any of us.  You took the money from your buyer and repurchased it from Amazon most likely at a much lower cost.  That's drop shipping from a retailer.  @pburn  Gave you a link and highlighted what you did was a violation Ebay policy.  It has nothing to do with China, Russia or Timbuktu.  You were breaking the rules on Ebay.  Period. Continuing to argue the situation isn't going to help you.  Ebay suspended you. Sorry.

The OP is doing what a lot of people do - purchasing skids and pallets of close-outs and the like.  I've done it, others have done it, then reselling the stuff on their own.  You can get stuff by the boatload from Amazon if you want to deal with it and have room to store it.

ETA: It's a bad idea when doing this, though, to not keep strict inventory and end up drop shipping something.  OP - did you do that in this particular case?

Really? If you have the item in your warehouse. You absolutely can control it.
