Account restricted due to high INR%

Hello community! 

My account was restricted 5 months ago because of high INR rate. Ever since then, I have not had any INR request. What is more, in the biweekly evaluation messages I receive from eBay, my INR % have been zero, but still they tell me that I do not meet the requirements. Every time I contact eBay they tell me that the restriction will be lifted when I enhance the shipping performance. It's been really frustrating for me! Has anyone had similar experience and hopefully been able to lift this restriction?

Ebay changed how INRs are counted for International sellers in late July of this year.  Have you looked at your Service Metrics numbers to see where you stand right now?

Starting from July 24, 2023, eBay will launch the Shipping Performance Policy — Item Not Received Rate.

The OP's problem is they need more sales to dilute the numbers.  

Restrictions come in many forms.  What did the email Ebay sent you to notify you of the restriction say.  It would have told you in the email.

You don't currently have any listings posted.  Is that by choice or did Ebay tell you that you lost your selling privileges on the site?
