So I’ve had changed my individual account to business about 3 weeks ago now and I have every form needed irs ein, good standing, articles of formation, bank verified, etc and when I uploaded my documents within 2 days I received the message in my message center saying i have no hold on my account and I am good to sell but then when i listed my items i was receiving an error and I needed to upload my documents again so I uploaded them and now I have been waiting over 10 days for approval
So I called Ebay a few days ago about this issue and i was connected to a specialist that couldn't do anything but send a request and I was told i was gonna receive a response within 24 hours then after 24 hours passed. I called again because I received no email or message in message center and then I was told 72 hours and now that 72 hours has passed still no no communication now I tried contacting them on X and facebook and no one could help me.
