Account has been restricted: counterfeit item policy "NEW ERA CAP COMPANY" items

every time i edit, change price and PROMOTE my listing with multiple quantities,

my account get restricted to list again for 3 days. 

customer service told me that they have a team reviewing this situation. 

how they can tell if its a counterfeit even i can show to them my receipt and also they're still a lot of active listing with same item as mine so unfair

Receipts can be counterfeit. The company you purchased from could be selling fakes. If the vero saw your listing and decided it was fake they reported it and eBay takes it down. There's no way eBay can determine if your item was counterfeit or if your receipts are real or for a fake item.  So there is really nothing for eBay to investigate. They take the rights owner's word. 

Others are still listed because they haven't  been caught yet, or they may be authorized distributors.

I will accept if vero decide that my items are fakes but ebay decided that not vero new era

Is eBay taking your listings down? Are you relisting the listings that eBay took down? If so I would stop relisting them as you will find your account suspended from selling for good if you continue to do that.

ebay has done the same to me. I sell my personal handbags which I have purchased from retailers and have all receipts and authentication creditenals.  yet everytime inlist this one particular purse ebay removes listings giving the reason as counterfeit..  I spoke to ebay and they verified that my purse was legit and told me I am approved to relist it.. so I did and they remove it again giving the same reason as before and put a 3 day restriction on my account.

This kind of bipolar behavior to sellers is another fundamental reason ebay will continue to decline.  This will not help them become a better place.

"Vero" doesn't decide ANYTHING, Vero is simply a name eBay gives to a system that allows copyright holders to easily file notices of copyright infringment. eBay (Vero) does not check to see if the claim is valid or not. 

Most copyright infringement claims are at least somewhat legitimate but some companies improperly use the system to prevent the sale of their goods on eBay or on eBay by sellers who are not "authorized distributors".

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act eBay has no option other than removal of listings when a claim is made. It's up to YOU to file a counter-notice if you feel the original claim was in error.

Counter claims are winnable but be cautious, they can be very costly. New Era are a fairly big player in the licensed merchandise sector, were the caps you were selling made by them or were they  made by someone else, the someone else could include caps that were licensed for sale in another country while New Era hold the exclusive license for the US.

Just be aware, after multiple 3 day suspensions your next step could be 7 days or 30 days or possibly a permanent suspension so proceed with caution.

eBay claims to have a "team of experts" who know nothing about IP law, and subjectively judges that your product "look like" a brand name product.

Per their standards, we would not have similar sedans or SUV from multiple manufacturers because they all look alike.

Even more shameful is to see thousands of other listings identical to yours that continue to be listed without any repercussion.

It has happened to me multiple times, they say my product is not "authentic", even though it is not claiming to be of any brand name. Their team of experts deemed it was similar to a brand name product, but they could not inform which one.

In essence, eBay will take you down for no reason at all, in my opinion someone in their 'team of experts' is getting a kickback from competitor accounts.
