You have had this account for one day and have nothing listed so I guess one question would by why you want to create a new account. If it is to sell from multiple accounts the setup process for you, since you are in Sri Lanka, may be cumbersome.
What details are not the same? And if you have been unable to create one account and connect Payoneer, what makes you believe you will have better luck trying to do it again?
Don't know how it works on the Sri Lankan site, but, in the US, when creating an account, I think all information has to be an exact match including bank info.
Sorry I am bad, but at this point, why would you want two accounts. I could think of a reason that maybe someone may have told you. Hopefully it is not to bid on your own items, because that could get you suspended real quick.
If the details of ebay and payoneer are not the same, you cannot create another account, because it still won't work. You need to contact Payoneer and find out what you need to successfully attach your account. Until that happens, no one here can help you as it is a Payoneer issue. Contact them and find out what you must do next.
Your name and address have to EXACTLY match your driver's license or National ID on eBay.
Payoneer only allows you to have one Payoneer account. You need to change your address on Payoneer to match your eBay address. Or vice versa. The type of Payoneer account you have also matters. If your eBay account is a personal eBay account you must link an Individual Payoneer account. If you have a business eBay account you link a Company Payoneer account.
