Account Suspended? Help?

I was on vacation this past week and a lot of my listings ended on Tuesday, June 29th. On the 3rd of July, I checked my selling page to find all of my items taken off of the market. I checked my email and messages and there was a link to this help center, but I did everything that the page told me to do and my account is still restricted, help?

I truly believe they derailed this thread on purpose..  anyway back to the original post ... what did this email that eBay send have in it besides the link to the help section.. you'll never see an email from eBay with just a link in it that's what scammers do

Gotta be more to the story.  Nobody goes on vacation and doesn't read their email.  An account being restricted that has never had a sale may have been linked to another account with 'issues'.
