Hello, my account got recently restricted and Ebay is asking me to provide invoices. Unfortunately I don't keep any invoices as I'm not a shop, I just sell on ebay as a side hustle and most of my purchases I do from Garage sales, Facebook marketplace or clearnaces and liquidations during my regular grocery shopping.
I already sent this answer to ebay and they replied back that without invoices my account will be restricted.
I was wondering if anyone's had experience with a similar situation that can provide some help.
Thank you all.

They have not removed your listing so, that is a good sign. I would remove those listings for digital delivered product however. Your items don't look like garage sale finds is the problem. You must have some receipts of paperwork from on line purchases.
eBay worries that it might be stolen merchandise. It's low value for items that a pro would boost from a store. That might be why your still allowed to sell. But find something to send to eBay.

You have lots of Brand New items for someone who just buys from "Garage sales, Facebook marketplace or clearnaces and liquidations during my regular grocery shopping", and a number of listings that violate policy, like this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/204260621418
I think your selling days are over.

Thank you for your reply, really appreciate it.
I do buy a lot of items with damaged boxes or no boxes from clearances and garage sales, liquidation and clearances honest to god. But I tend to offer them as promoted items and sell them cheap.
To be honest I was aiming more for growth and growing my account in hopes of one day being a reseller rather than looking for profit.
I sometimes sell things at a loss after including shipping fees which are crazy expensive in Canada.
Oh well, thanks again 🙂

I don't appreciate the negative comment and feedback.
I sometimes buy new things sometimes, I'm not a store or have a system, I just do this as a side hustle and was aiming for growth rather than profit to be honest. In hopes of growing my account and becoming a reseller or a store one day.
And yes I do all my buying casually during my regular shopping for groceries or buying toys for my kids, sometimes if I buy an item and it performs well I go back and buys some more that's all there is to it. And again I wasn't aiming for profit, to be honest all my card game sales generate 0 revenue and sometimes minor losses as I mostly sell them to grow my account as they typically sell a lot quicker than regular toys.

Then you have invoices.
The grocery store tape - it doesn't matter that it also includes your purchase of Peruvian blueberries and organic potato chips as long as your NIB dweeblebunger is also there.
Provide those you can and show willing.
BTW- have you noticed that the items that sell have shipping prices lower than selling price?
Take another look at eBay Canada's shipping pages.
We can ship Tracked Packet USA for as little as $7.27Cdn, which is a deal.
And if you put that cost into your asking price you can call your deal Free Shipping which buyers love.
And I agree, lose the "digital" items. Those may be what drew attention in the first place.

I am sorry that you are having this problem but you are selling merchandise which is likely to trigger Trust and Safety checks for counterfeits and stolen goods and you are unprepared to respond appropriately due to your stated methods of sourcing.
You are also taking a significant risk based on your unauthorized sale of digital products.
Your business model for sourcing the products you sell is high risk for what you are experiencing.
This would have been an acceptable strategy last century for selling on Ebay.
