Can anyone give me advice on what I can do about my account being restricted due to APPARENTLY selling counterfeit Pandora
I have been selling GENUINE Pandora on eBay for over 13 Years. I have proof that my items are GENUINE.
I have 100% feedback. If my items were not genuine then wouldn't I be getting complaints from my buyers? Wouldn't they leave negative feedback??
I have rung eBay numerous times and they tell me the same thing. Not to re-list the removed item and they cannot disclose why the item has been removed except that it is apparently a counterfeit item. I have told them that I have proof that its not but they do not want to hear it. They just say the decision if final.
How unfair is it that you are not given the chance to prove your innocence.
I understand that eBay have to keep it safe for buyers but come on!! At least give the sellers who have excellent feedback a chance. I can understand it if i was getting complaints and cases being opened against me however I am not. 100% feedback!! What more can I possibly do?
I have never been so frustrated with eBay. It is so wrong that we cannot do anything to prove our innocence.

Did you reach out to the regular ebay customer service agents or the ebay customer agents supporting ebay for Business in Facebook? Try reaching out to the Customer Service agents from the Facebook ebay business page. If it wasn't a VERO complaint, then possibly a customer or competitor reported you as having questionable Pandora items. Once ebay removes your listings, its very difficult for them to change their minds. Regardless if they are authentic, don't relist them. Definitely reach out to the CS agents in the Facebook for ebay portal. They are normally very helpful & very experienced with seller issues.
Good luck!

Hello,
I just had the same thing happen to me with my Pandora. It is very frustrating because I am a Top rated seller great reviews nothing negative at all. I buy Authentic Pandora as well, I have offered proof that it is real and they just blow it off. I have hundreds of other Pandora pieces online and they have not removed them. How can some be counterfeit and the other Pandora I still have on line not. If you have any new information that you can share please let me know.
