I have an issue with my account, it is restricted due to some order issues and I have not been able to get the money from the orders. All the details are in the post:

but long story short, one buyer got the wrong sneakers and another buyer didn’t get any sneakers at all. I sent both to Authenticator perfectly fine, and the issue started from there. It was closed and I was not at fault, however my account has not been reinstated since this occurred. What do I do?

And when I go to the resolution center, the sign in page just constantly refreshes when I try to log in. There has been no way for me to resolve it.

Tell them what you've posted here. Many positive posts on these boards with their ability to be helpful and perhaps get you back on track and selling again. Do it ASAP. This sounds like yet another glitch in the land of Ebay and very unfair to you as a seller. The authentication program seems to have a lot of problems, through no fault of the seller. Not fair or acceptable in my opinion.
