I sold an item and shipped it on the Dec 5th, it was delivered on Dec 11th. Ebay just sent me a message today Dec 11 saying that they cancelled the transaction due to the issue with the buyer no longer being a member. They asked that I don't complete sale, or call the carrier to stop delivery. If payment was processed, a refund has not been issued yet just in case you’ve already shipped the item. I am confused. At the bottom of the email it states -Please don't reply to this message. It was sent from an address that doesn't accept incoming email. Do I just chalk it up to a loss?
Thanks for any response,
Cristine

Nope, no need to worry. If you've already shipped it, you're covered by seller protections just like it says. You'll keep the money, the item will probably go to whoever ordered it, and no return can be filed, so it's the safest transaction you'll have (they can maybe still do a chargeback with their payment source, but I don't think I've heard of any examples of that happening). Just relax!

Thank you so much for your quick response. That makes more sense.
