Account Banning When Selling Something

Hi friends, I have a new account because eBay has always banned mine when I try to sell something.

I would like you to tell me what are the procedures so that I do not get banned once again, I usually do everything well the day after announcing the product that they bane me, already happened about 3 times.

What exactly were you selling?

If you get banned for a short while, take that as a warning. Your next ban could be permanent.

eBay does not allow users to open new account when they are banned and or restricted for a short time?

Are you banned or restricted?

I doubt you will be able to overcome your actions during your banned time frame?  I would call eBay before you do anything else and get some directions from the account specialist team.

Good Luck Selling!

@serant_40

You will find that many of us are very willing to help you better understand what is happening to you, but to do so, we need your participation in the thread you created and some additional information.

What type of items are you wanting to sell?

What exactly did the email that Ebay sent you say?  You can post the body of the email here just black out or delete any identifying information you don't want public.

By opening this new account, in order to sell (when you have been banned from doing so), puts you in violation of the eBay User Agreement. This means you will automatically get banned again when eBay catches you. There is no procedure for you to follow to avoid having your listings pulled. The only way you can get reinstated is to contact eBay and appeal the suspension. You have 30 days to appeal but as you say you are on your third suspension, the appeal window may already be closed.

Actually, my concern for you currently is a worry that your multiple efforts to work-around the selling ban have gotten your account restricted. This usually means you have lost your selling privileges and cannot get them back. Once restricted, it is extremely difficult  to get reinstated. Are all your eBay fees current? Do you have an outstanding balance? Very sorry this is happening to you.

Below is a link with more information about suspensions and what to do from eBay's Help pages.

ebay is rather unforgiving, once you have a restricted account and then, make a new account - as a workaround.  And, as other have mentioned, you seem to have compounded the issue by continuing to make new accounts, upon which ebay seriously frowns upon, is seldom likely to forgive.

It isn't generally prudent to suggest using another platform, but as it may be a total waste of time to continue compounding your efforts, against policy, to list on ebay, it may well be a better use of your time and enegeries to look further afield.
