Dear eBay Community,
I recently sold an item, which was delivered successfully to the buyer. The buyer later requested a return, which I agreed to. However, I mistakenly issued a refund and accepted the return simultaneously. Since then, the buyer has not responded to any of my messages, and the item has not been returned.
Additionally, eBay support is not allowing me to raise a ticket regarding this issue because the order is marked as closed. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in this situation.
Thank you for your assistance.

"Though I tried communicating buyer for few times if Any assistance needed for return but I didn’t not get any reply back but last evening surprisingly I received my item back which was intact and very nicely re- packaged by buyer."
That is fantastic news that the buyer returned the item. This turned out far better than expected. Congratulations. This is really good news.

There is only two things you can do.
HOPE and PRAY that your buyer is honest and will make good on it.

You are late to the party🤣
Several hours ago............ the OP posted that the buyer returned the item on their dime.

Always get the item back and then refund the buyer. Once a refund is issued there is no motivation for the buyer to return the item and you can no longer provide an eBay label.
Hope you have an honest buyer.
You can send the buyer a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPEG. Buy the label on Pirateship.com. They refund you for the label if it's not used within 30 days. They charge the same commercial base rates as eBay.

They were very VERY lucky. The buyer did return the item.

Every time you add one to the blocked list, your limited buyer pool just shrank.
With respect to present company, that's a very good thing.
Keep digging.

I've been selling for over 20 years on eBay and it's too easy to accidentally accept a return in the phone app while you're trying to simply send a helpful tip/message to the buyer... For some items I don't accept returns because some buyers just want more info or help with an item they're trying to install it. One errant tap or click and you're done sending a message via the returns section. Then you have to explain how you accidentally accepted a return while you were trying to help them out (via direct eBay messaging on a PC etc). There should be a secondary "Are you sure?" button or something like that to accept a return... particularly if you list something "No returns". I'm sure (I know) my buyer would rather exchange a couple messages and complete the install/repair with my $100 item because it keeps them from buying a new $1200 unit.
