Has the auction ended? How do you accept a bid?

Is it for the chainsaw? Why not let the auction run? You could get more bids and higher sale price. Have you signed on for managed payments to be paid? You're a brand new seller and when the buyer makes payment, you will not see that money for up to 30 days after the sale.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer. Buyers have a 30 money back guarantee and can return that item for any reason. Ebay will hold that money that in the even of return, the funds are there to refund the buyer.

You don't accept bids before an auction ends. You receive payment (hopefully) after the auction ends.

You need to be signed up with managed pay. As a new seller your funds can be held up to 30 days before going to your attached checking account. You need to ship the item in the time frame shown on the listing. You should be able to use those funds to pay for shipping even if they have not been deposited into your checking account or you will have to pay out of pocket to cover shipping.
If you have not read about selling and payments, you might want to read the topics in the following link:

Sorry this is off topic but just my opinion.
If I were buying a used chainsaw, the number one thing i would want to know is...
DOES IT START AND RUN?
"Like new" means nothing to me.
It can look nice and shiny but if it doesn't start (which many chainsaws wont, especially after sitting) that's a different story.
If that chainsaw doesn't start and run for the buyer, you'r just asking for trouble.
You will be stick paying for return shipping.
