Accepting Credit Cards via Paypal icon?

When I preview my Listing Draft, it shows this for payments.

How do I get my listing to show that I accept credit cards via Paypal, like this?

Your listing WILL look like that second image.  All sellers who accept PayPal, accept credit cards through Paypal.

The Preview and the seller view of a listing aren't quite the same as the regular view that buyers see.
