Accepted offer but Buyer is being charged full amount

Hey I’ve ran into the issue the last few days of items selling at an accepted offer amount but the buyers are being shown that they bought the item at the original asking price. This has caused four cancellations since Sunday. Has anyone been dealing with this and have any type of solution?

That happened because they did NOT click through the offer email that you sent.  They went to the actual ad and bought the item. You can always refund the difference.   Next time you send an offer, in the notes write that if they want to accept the offer, they must buy through the offer that you sent.

Yes, this happened to me yesterday. I contacted the seller. I haven’t heard back from them yet. It’s been over 24 hours .
