To edit return policy (separately for only 1 item):

Go to LISTING, ACTIVE (click on item and select EDIT) make changes and save.

To edit return policy (many items in bulk)

Go to LISTING, ACTIVE (click on items you want to change) click EDIT, click on BULK EDIT, RETURN POLICY make changes and save.
