A way to restrict buyers with less than (enter amount) feedback?

Ok, I know this seems like it relates to the "block buyers with less than -1 feedback"...and it does, but rather than being concerned with a number of negative feedbacks (which we all know does not exist for buyers!!), how about a way to restrict sales to people with less than (20...30...50??) feedbacks?? I'm helping a newbie set up a sellers acount and I think they have some pricey stuff to sell, and I want to be able to explain this to them!  Thanks!!

That's all well and good except a scammer buying a high ticket item could care less about being able to go back to the trough again with the same seller. Blocking them after they  actually buy it would not help.

Thank you everyone for your replies!!  I just wanted to be clear, I personally never shy away from new buyers!! I get them all the time!  And I did caution not to list high priced items at first (but they did anyway, sigh)...I just was curious why there wasn't a way to block new buyers if a not-so-saavy seller (not me!) wanted to, is all...because blocking a buyer with negative feedback isn't possible because buyers don't have negative feedback....Anyhoooo....thanks all for your comments!
