Did you mean:

A buyer offered me and asked for my PayPal email.

I knew it was a scammer, I replied him with something mean. Could he do something revengeful? Like report my item is fake? After that, my item was taken down from eBay said it’s counterfeit.!!!!

Probably has nothing to do with the scammer, they probably sent out 500 message like that just that one day and probably got dozens of snarky comments back. More likely that you are just selling dangerous brands that are likely to get taken down.

If you must reply I would just say something like "I don't have paypal, thanks for your interest."

You did the right thing by not complying with his request.
Who knows if this person reported you or if he had anything to do with your item being taken down?

In all likelihood, it was not your "buyer" that caused that. While they can report your listing, it won't be taken down just on a buyer's say so. What did the removal notice say? Was it a VERO take down? That would be the rights owner saying it's counterfeit (not saying that it is, it's the right's owner's call, and eBay has to listen in this case).

eBay emailed me “

We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies.”

Since the transaction will never appear via your Ebay seller hub because the alleged buyer didn't pay through the Ebay platform,  that wouldn't happen.  Glad you knew it was a scammer.  Don't forget to report them and block them.  Be careful out there.

Not to mention they never received the item, so they have no proof if it was counterfeit or not.

The best action is to not reply at all and block the account.
