I know that there used to be a rule that if postage was owed on a package, the buyer could refuse the package and they would still qualify for the mbg. There were a couple of other situations on that page that explained when a buyer could refuse a package. Does anyone know where I would find that info? I want to find it for a buyer on the Canadian board. Thanks in advance.

There are apparently no other situations in which a buyer can refuse a package. This is from the MBG:

Thanks so much! I don’t know how I missed that on mbg page.
