A Pop-up Reported

A buyer sent me a message stating that they had tried to purchase  a quantity of 2 and a pop up came up stating that only one of the item could be purchased every 10 days.

My response was that they could purchase 2 of any item on the same day and I was going to report this.

Has this happened to anyone else?

A Pop-up Reported

Go to https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

Uncheck the box that says "Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought 1 of my items in the last 10 days."

I will keep that in mind but I am not sure if that is the case.

Thanks.

I looked at the item that this pop up happened on.  The buyer already bought one and there is only one left.  I don't know where this box would appear.

This is still a mystery.  I clicked on the buyer's name and still saw no boxes.  I don't auction off many items.

I just went to one of your multiple quantity listings, selected quantity two and added them to my cart and received the following message:

To prevent buyers from seeing that message, you must change your buyer requirements, then apply the new settings to active and future listings.
