500 - Internal server error

Hi, I tried to register myself on the ebay new category to sell Vape and e-cigarettes cloud for business ebay category . But when i submit the registration im getting the below error,

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

and i can't register myself, i've been talking to ebay live chat and they could not help me on this, i even tried with diffrent browser as per e bay live chat help but nothing worked,  could you please see the attached screenshot and help me solve this problem.

Vape cigarettes are not allowed on Ebay.  Try listing them and you will be suspended permanently.
