So found this out, the eBay tech support advised 24 hour limit before purchasing labels between 5th & 6th package, does not apply, at least in this case. Cannot ship the last package. I saw elsewhere that PayPal does shipping. I saw no link. Was given up to 72 hours for eBay resolution. Sure would like to take care of customer before that. I can ship last package at regular FedEx rate but about 100% higher. OK, only $30 or so in this case but spent about $600 in selling fees (they had boosted visibility but boosted X3) with 3 sales to same customer. Very low sales rate for this product otherwise. That kinda hurt as I'm selling with very low margin. Any advice other than to cowboy up and just get'r done?

I found it. I knew it had been taken over. IDK if the Shipnow link still works, it may, but if it does, it now goes to ShipStation, not PP. Which is just another postage vendor, but I'm not familiar with them, so I'd rather stick to one I know. PP doesn't do it's own labels anymore.
Yes, PayPal now forwards you to Ship Station, but it's still an easy way to purchase labels at online rates when eBay is glitching.
...and when https://www.paypal.com/shipnow is done redirecting you to Shipstation, you need only click on the "Create New Quick Label" link at upper right, which lets you create a label without having to set up a Shipstation account. https://paypal.shipstation.com/sales-orders/new can be your new bookmark. (PayPal login is still required on the way in.)

guess that means no more than 5 sales per day are allowed

You have to dig around in PayPal to find the shipping. Someone did provide a link. For future, since you have sales cookin' pretty good from what I can see, consider opening your own USPS, UPS, Fedx accounts for when you get in a pinch. Some folks use places like Pirate Ship etc. Good to have in your back pocket.

No, no, the limit is on the number of Shipping labels you can generate per sale. No one is saying that you can't ship more than five sales per day, but if you have to split up a sale into multiple boxes for shipping, five labels is your limit. Any additional boxes beyond the first five that are part of that sale will have to go as shipment(s) whose tracking is not associated with the sale.

What item that you sold are you trying to ship that you need to ship it in 5 or more packages?

In this case it's no more than 5 boxes per 1 sale. Box's are 37 LBS ea. and about 3 cubic ft. I bought the first label on Saturday and attempted to purchase the other 5 on Monday.

Thank You. The UPS rates are very close to eBay FedEx.

Boxes are about 37 lbs ea and have custom packing. They do not ship well with 2 pieces per box.

I see media mail is actually cheaper through Paypal shipping but it does not qualify for media.

Thank You all for the attention. Looks like I have a solution through paypal!

The eBay CSR did suggest incognito, I'm using Firefox so maybe some difference in the way the browsers react. I did not have Chrome loaded and did not try that suggestion.
