5 cent insertion fee?

In June, I subscribe to a starter store.  I was gone for most of the month, and put my items on vacation.  Now I'm trying to relist some of my items.  Most of my unsold items don't show up under the "unsold" listing, but are there under the "ended" listing.  When  I attempt to relist an item that is in the "ended" category, I am charged $.05 as an insertion fee.  I can't find a 5 cent insertion fee anywhere in the eBay documentation.  Anyone know what is going on?

5 cent insertion fee?

5 cents could be the fee for adding a "Buy it now' option on an auction-format listing.
