Hello lovely eBay community, namely, I have already added 5 listings, bought the first subscription for the store, set it up, but, when I try to add a listing to the store it literally says you DON'T have any active listings.
The username is:
TheShopNexia
The Store name is:
ShopNexia
I really don't get it. I am trying to create categories and all that comes with the store once you buy a subscription, but I cannot add a single listing even though I have 5 as it's not showing on my store, but when I click on the listing it shows normally on eBay.
Can someone help me?
P.S
I am NEW, literally opened an account 3 days ago. But I am following all the rules and guidelines, I just need someone with knowledge to approve what's going on with my store and if I am doing something wrong.
Thanks a lot in advance

Yes, I do, and how does that help me in any way? I am asking about the listings that I am not able to attach to my store, I did not ask about the product and if I had it in my hand...

what ebay website did you register on and set up your store on?
08-15-2023 10:23 AM
Sure, I read it all, and I see they don't have any problems with it. I am just responsible for the product as I am selling my own...

Somebody else asked you whether you have possession of the products. Which clearly you don't if you are in Bosnia and the products are in New York. Hence the discussion about drop shipping.

Okay, I understand, so what about the dropshipping? What are you guys trying to tell me about the dropshipping?
I used eBay.com to create my shop, they already approved my business account and connected my Payoneer too, which is also activated and ready to pay and receive payments from eBay.

The only problem I see here is that I am from Bosnia and I want to sell in USA?
@theshopnexia wrote:Yes, all of my listings have images of the ACTUAL items buyers would receive...
If you are located in Bosnia and your items are located and shipping from New York, how can your pictures show the actual items? And how do you know that the stock images you saw on those online supplier sites are remotely similar to the quality and actual items they sell.
Perhaps you don't understand what I mean by "actual items." When a seller posts pictures of the "actual item," they are taking a picture with their own camera showing the item that they have in their possession.
Your listings don't show the actual items and because your images are from Alibaba or other online Chinese sites, those cannot possibly be showing the actual item the buyers will receive.
And what often happens (and at one time happened to me on Amazon) is that other sites show stock pictures of manufacturers' items but buyers receive counterfeit and low quality items.
Not knowing what your buyers will receive puts you at risk of having unhappy buyers, disputes for NAD items, INR claims, etc.

I can tell you one thing.. Your listing for the wireless charger can not state name brands like Apple because the charger is a universal charger. You need to remove that from your title.
Ebay could be scrutinizing your listings because you are drop shipping from the USA and you are located in another country.
Ebay may soon be requesting a bunch of info related to how you acquire your products.

EBay has been cracking down on overseas sellers, particularly those who are dropshipping goods they do not have.
While dropshipping is allowed on eBay, it can lead to many many problems for sellers, for buyers, and for eBay.
Thank you for the information that Bosnia is among the countries where Managed Payments is not available, and Payoneer is the normal service for payment.

Thanks a lot really, I appreciate the detailed answer. Yes indeed, I know what you're talking about, though I read the ebay rules on the drop shipping and I see no reason not to do it. I know about the images and actual products, I only use 100% verified suppliers, it's not the china warehouse, it's LITERALLY USA WAREHOUSE, so no worries about the quality of the products. It aint the low quality suppliers like alibaba or aliexpress and any other chinese crap suppliers you can think of.
I have my own suppliers located in USA, and they do GENUINELY offer ONLY quality products. You GET what you PAY for.
Still didn't get the answer I was looking for, but at least I hope you guys can now refer to this long answer and finally understand, I have no issues with the products itself. By the way, finally, my impressions got up (and no not from the community people watching 2 of my listings as I have all of the statistics) but also organically and promoted ones started too.
So perhaps on a later date it would all be good I hope.

Didn't know that, if it is universal it charges all the APPLE and SAMSUNG devices?
Why is it wrong the tell the truth to the buyer?
It is universal, hence it charges iphone, samsung galaxy, galaxy watch, airpod, and other apple products?
Thanks

I really do understand, yeah sure, no problem, even though I am not really sure you meant good by that last sentence, though, we're all simply trying to make a buck here. I see no problem with drop shipping.
Yes, they only allow Payoneer here.
I hope there is something useful I could get, perhaps even for the drop shipping itself ...
Thanks anyways

Just a thought, but the message that comes up when you look at your store also shows up when you put your store on vacation mode and do not allow sales. You can see them but buyers can't. You may want to check and see that when you were setting up your store you didn't accidentally engage vacation mode. You can find it on your "seller hub" under "selling tools. Check that to make sure that your store is open for business!
Good luck on ebay.

In post #6, the OP provided links to two of his active listings. They do not show any vacation/ time away message.

That's what she is seeing in her active selling hub and will not show vacation settings. It shows in an actual listing which we can't see and she didn't provide.
