4 Digit Confirmation Sellers Code Not Working.

Hi, I need to enter the 4 digit code to allow me to open a sellers account, and I just got my credit card bill today. I entered the code and the code says "Code is not valid."  This is the third time it says that with the third code sent to me. I am doing everthing right but it wont accept the code. Is there another way to get this verrified like calling Ebay or sending them a photo of your bill with the code? 

Also I live in Taiwan if that is an issue, but never stopped me from buying on US ebay.  Sure I can get a new code issued to me, but if the last 3 times didnt work, why would the next one work? Please help, what am I doing wrong?

Hey, it worked, this time it had a option above the empty box for 4 digit code, the option was a credit card I use...it didnt show up before but worked now...Wow, tough one, sorry if I confused a lot of people, its my first time to try to sell my art work. Thanks for trying.
