Some sellers were concerned about GTC listings in months with 31 days.  The current way GTCs renew is every 30 days.  And with that it means if you were to list some GTC listings on May 1st, they would renew on May 31st.  So twice in a calendar month.

In July Ebay will be changing this to a once a month renewal.  So if you post a GTC listing on the 2nd of a month, it will renew every subsequent month on the 2nd.  Much easier to follow and manage.
