I never use labels. With that said. I'm always seeing threads loaded with posts about all types of problems with labels that take forever to fix. Just another broken thing on eBay.

Hi @jereleeson73, I apologize for any miscommunication or confusion that occurred on your call with Customer Service. I will be sure to review the conversation and provide appropriate coaching.
When reviewing the shipment in question, I can see that we did submit for a credit but this was not possible as the charges were considered valid. When you see a "Misc 1 Amt charge" of $72.50, this indicates the package was considered to be oversized and additional fees would apply. The initial measurements provided when the label was purchased did not match the measurements that FedEx received, but the measurements that FedEx recorded will be reflected in your Label section. Additionally, due to the size of this shipment, dimensional weight would be used to calculate the package charges. If you review your shipping label for this shipment, you can click on the "Label Cost" for the label and see the estimated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost with a breakdown of the charges.
While we did recently have an issue where the FedEx estimates for SmartPost delivery were not displaying properly to buyers, the charge shown to sellers at the time the label is purchased where correct. This package was not sent through SmartPost and also was shipped out before the recent issue, but I wanted to touch on this for the benefit of anyone reading this thread to clarify that this was not a factor.
