Is it true that ebay will remove your top rated seller discounts and badge if you don't offer 30 free returns by June 1st?

I browsed over the messages and we all seem to be top rated sellers who take our work seriously. I sell pre-owned clothing which needless to say is a low cost item. But regardless, our gripe, heartache and disappointment are all apparent. What is sadder is that we voice out our concern by posting but are we being heard by Ebay or is this just one of those instances wherein sellers are talking amongst ourselves. 

Sad because I know i worked hard to attain and maintain my top rated status and to maintain 100% feedback status.

And i know all of you did too. That's why all our comments reek of disappointment and resignation.

"Top Rated Seller with Highest Buyer Ratings" kinda sounds really hollow right now.

I am in the same boat all the way.  I have also noticed that they are changing our listings without us realizing it.  Hope its worth it for them to lose the good sellers and have all the other mentality.  Once they lose all of our customer base there is no point in doing business with or through them.  You were much nicer and much more elegant than I can be about this subject.  Feels like - rent a store from us, sell your product, but we will tell you how much to charge, when to have it shipped by, get top rated, we'll promote you, but you have to eat their decisions.  Kind of like politicians.  I am sorry for all of us!
