Hi Everyone,
I have 3 eBay cases i filed against 3 different buyers for all i know it could be 1 person doing it. each of these buyers ordered a "Outdoor Heater Fire Pit Table" between April 19th and April 20th. a week later after the items are delivered to the buyers, I get a return request. then they are shipped, i check the tracking saying its available for pickup at my local post office. So i got to the post office and its a very small package with a completely different address on it. I did get documentation and a photo from my post office (only have 1 shipment with documentation) and all 3 returns are being sent back to the buyers, I filed a case with ebay and they will not refund me my money, I am out of over $400 with none of my items returned to me, I am not sure what to do as ebay keeps giving me the run around and deciding with the buyer saying i got the items when the tracking clearly shows its still in transit on its way back to the sender. what should i do at this point keep calling ebay?

Your opening line states - I have 3 eBay cases i filed against 3 different buyers
If you mean appeals against eBays decision to refund these buyers, you will need to contact eBay again via the appeal to offer any proof you have.
If the appeal was also denied you can contact eBay on facebook and request assistance there

You send whatever documentation you have on the completely different ship back address to ebay, Contact them on Facebook. This is a known scam going on with people right now.

Photos offer no proof whatsoever.
Our firm makes a meticulous HD video recording whenever a package is opened or sealed. It is easy and fast. Unlike thieves, a video does not lie.

Videos may not lie, but liars can video.
I can make a video of me packing up an "X"but that doesn't mean I sent that "X" to the buyer, or that I sent anything at all.
I can make a video of me opening a box and finding an "X" but that doesn't mean it's what the seller sent to me, or that I hadn't opened the box previosuly, extracted what was sent, and substituted some piece of junk.
Videos prove nothing

Hmmm....
Looking at your SOLD listings I have a question, are the items you are selling actually in your possession?
And, where are these items being shipped from?

I do drop shipping, never had anything like this happen in the 10 years I've been doing this. even the USPS postal employees said it was really odd. there has to be away to get my money back. tracking should be enough proof and besides that i never got the items back in return.
