2024 Total paid for Shipping Labels anywhere?????

I got my 1099K, and I assume this is the amount made PRIOR to shipping labels. I cannot find the total of how much I paid for shipping labels on the Sellers page. Does anyone know where that would be? I can look back 90 days and add them up, but there should be an overview somewhere on the dashboard for how much I spent in the entire year correct?

Someone might be able to answer how to see shipping labels (only) but I know that if you go to your hub, then click on Performance>Sales, you will see your selling costs which combines your label purchases and eBay fees.  And you can change the date range to 'last year'. 

I did my tax return yesterday, and just used that whole 'selling cost' number for the general 'expenses' part of my self-employed form.  If you need your label costs isolated for some reason, like I said maybe someone else can chime in and say.

If you go to your eBay messages you can look at the monthly eBay summaries. One of the items listed is shipping labels. I hope this helps.

You can go to Reports, it's located under the Payments tab in your Seller hub

You can customize the calendar for last year, in the expenses field you will find shipping labels tallied up for the year for you.

Don't forget that you need to account for any refunds you may have made in 2024.

I use the Transaction Report which lists every single in and out for the full year. To utilize that report you need minimum Excel (or any spreadsheet program) skills to sort and total the various entries.

Its in your reports page. Do not forget all your paper, packing items, stickers, labels, etc. Anything you used to sell to ship. All add up.  Any refunds, lost items for USPS. Keep track of it all. Every little bit helps.

That number in Payments:Reports is correct if you use Available eBay Funds to buy the labels. It does not reflect any labels purchased on eBay using PayPal funds.

The total for labels purchased on eBay from both PayPal and Available Funds is well hidden, but can be found thusly:

Go to Seller Hub Performance tab

Select Sales from the left side list

Set period via drop down to Last Year

Click the Generate Report button

Scroll down below tto find the Selling Cost box (just below the box with the graph)

In the Selling Cost box one of the items is the total paid via eBay for shipping labels

Thanks, but that would only benefit sellers that use PayPal to pay for labels. I don't pay for labels with PayPal.

That number in the performance tab would benefit any seller, since it reflects the total of both labels paid for via of available funds and via PayPal.

A seller who used a mix of both methods last year might get confused and take the number in the payments tab as their total— which would be wrong.

As a seller who only uses PayPal to pay for labels, it was confusing to see zero in that box in the payments tab reports. I had to go hunting In the seller hub for my total paid for labels.
