I wouldn't buy from a 96.4% seller at 80% off.

agree just posted something about the sellers that are selected to be promoted in this most recent 20% off and just like the one's in the past they've had, so many of them have horrible feedback and 1000's of buyer complaints. These types of sellers just loads of sales and us little guys ,"speaking for myself ," no regular sales , just sales pretty much giving stuff away to unload some inventory, but better items just sitting. I thought maybe it was because I had to wait for the 15 days to start a mark down sale, but nope that didn't even bring me a regular sale. Mean while things are moving on another site, I won't mention it's name, but seems to be way better right now for clothing sellers. Very depressing that ebay has went down hill so fast!

That's what happens when they direct traffic away from your listings and also offer 20% off on top. ebay should stop misleading small sellers with great visibility when they have no intention of doing so, at least for me.
