Just scroll through this forum. There’s quite a number of posts regarding it.

It doesn’t matter what the reporting threshold is for eBay. All sellers should be declaring online sales income regardless of the amount.
Also many states have their own reporting thresholds. So you may want to check yours.

@reli-on-john

The only thing that has changed is when a 1099-K has to be sent to you, and the IRS

It has again been delayed.

There are no changes in the IRS/state requirements for reporting income/losses when filing taxes.

The IRS has decided to stick with the $20,000 threshold for another year.  Here's their official announcement:

https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-announces-delay-in-form-1099-k-reporting-threshold-for-third-party-...

But residents of states with lower thresholds will get a 1099-K based on their state threshold, as they always have.

I live in Arkansas and a 1099 is sent for sales totaling $2500. Has been this way for about 3 years. The $2500 includes shipping and item price. Just deduct your expenses (shipping, cost of goods sold, packing material etc.) and you should be fine.
